1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SeizeTag ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Creator Payouts & Revenue Share
SeizeTag operates on a revenue-sharing model where creators earn from their content and referrals:
- Ad revenue sharing based on views and engagement on your homepage
- Affiliate commissions from products tagged and purchased through your links
- Referral bonuses for successfully onboarding new creators
- Brand collaboration payments for sponsored tag posts
Specific payout rates and thresholds are communicated in your dashboard and may vary by tier level.
3. Affiliate Disclosure Requirement
All creators must disclose affiliate relationships clearly and conspicuously. You agree to include the following disclosure on content containing affiliate links:
"As an affiliate, I may earn a commission from purchases made through links on this page."
4. Disputes & Resolution
Payment disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the disputed transaction. Payments are non-refundable except in cases of technical error or platform malfunction.
For Tier 2 and Pro Build purchases, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase if no services have been rendered.
5. Content Guidelines
You agree not to post content that is:
- Adult, violent, or illegal in nature
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Promoting harmful or fraudulent activities
- Designed to artificially inflate clicks or engagement
6. Account Termination
SeizeTag reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the platform or other users.
